Victor launched his real estate career in 2003. Since then, he has directly managed acquisitions, repositioning strategies, asset management, construction, and property operations across a diverse mix of multifamily and mixed-use assets. Drawing on that experience, Victor built PECM as a fully integrated platform. Today, the firm handles every stage of the investment lifecycle internally, from acquisition and capital improvements to property management, asset operations, and disposition.
Throughout his career, Victor has commanded the acquisition, financing, and management of a portfolio exceeding 3,200 multifamily units. Furthermore, his broader oversight extends across more than $300 million in total multifamily and commercial assets.
